Project overview

Through our ongoing asset monitoring and reporting program, the Devenish water tower has been deemed a possible safety risk. The tank has now been decommissioned with upgrades to the water network bypassing the tank via a new water pipeline and pump station.

Specialist assessment of the tower has now commenced. An exclusion zone has been implemented around the water tank with temporary fencing and signage. While there is no imminent danger, we want to ensure public safety and ask that you please avoid the area until assessments are completed.
